PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania- 6ABC reports Philadelphia police are investigating after two police officers were shot and a suspect was killed in West Philadelphia. It happened around 11:20 p.m. Friday in the area of 52nd and Spruce streets. At least one suspect was taken into custody. The search continues for possible other suspects. A civilian was also shot. FORT WORTH, Texas – FOX 4 reports that two Fort Worth police officers were shot while responding to a call about a shooting. The shooting happened in a neighborhood near I-20 and Granbury Road Friday night. Fort Worth police say the call was a suicide attempt. When officers arrived, they discovered a man had shot and killed his father. They say he then allegedly shot at the officers. Both of the officers have been taken to the hospital. Stuntman successfully jumps over the Snake River Canyon where Evel Knievel crashed

MAGIC VALLEY, Idaho- 42 years after Evel Knievel failed to jump his Skycycle across the Snake River Canyon, stuntman Eddie Braun successful crossed the gap today in a recreation of the famous leap. The “Evel Spirit” rocket quickly attained a  speed 430 mph before trajectory over the canyon, the vehicle’s parachute deployed placing Braun safely on the opposite side. On September 8, 1974, world famous motorcycle daredevil  Evel Knievel attempted to jump the Snake River Canyon in a rocket.
