Woman says she was assaulted by ex-boyfriend who she had sought court protection

LEBANON, Missouri- The Lebanon Police Department said they were called to a business Tuesday, where a woman reported  that her ex boyfriend assaulted her striking her multiple times. She said he then pushed her out of a vehicle and fled after trying to take her car. The incident reportedly happened around 4 p.m. at a Lebanon business. Driver allegedly runs into car and drives off, Walmart associate takes down license plate

LEBANON, Missouri- Lebanon police  said that a Walmart Supercenter customer reported her car was struck while in the parking lot of the retailer on Tuesday afternoon. The 32 year-old woman from Lebanon said an employee saw a white Buick passenger car hit the rear of her vehicle  which was a 2006 Ford Escape. The car then drove-off according to the employee. Eugene, Mo 9 year-old killed when tractor overturns on farm dam

MILLER COUNTY, Missouri- The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a fatal accident involving a tractor in Miller County Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred near White School Road, southeast of Tuscumbia. Troopers say 9 year-old Chesney Rush of Eugene Missouri was killed. His body was transported to Phillips Funeral Home. The accident happened when 40-year-old Roy Rush was crossing a pond dam and  the John Deere 7420 tractor overturned and then came to a rest on its top. LITTLE ELM, Texas- Little Elm Police Detective Jerry Walker, 48, was pronounced dead after being shot by an unknown man. “Tonight the Town of Little Elm lost a hero. Semi carrying 5 million aluminum can tops wrecks on I-44, slows traffic

  PHELPS COUNTY, Missouri- The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a semi truck crash on I-44 resulted in minor injury fro the driver Tuesday morning. The accident closed a single lane and slowed traffic. MoDOT told drivers they could expect delays of up to 4 1/2 hours. The semi operator, Anthony Mason, 25. from Garland Texas was transported to the Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla. Troopers say the single-vehicle wreck occurred as Mason traveled off the west side of the roadway and struck a ditch, guardrail and bridge.
