FOX Carolina 21   ASHEVILLE, North Carolina  WBTV says that when Jason Powell went to the Asheville VA Medical Center in September 2012, he thought he had a bad case of the flu. The 40-year-old father of three had recently moved to Asheville after finishing a career in the Army that spanned more than two decades. Lebanon man sentenced for illegal firearms following standoff with officers

SPRINGFIELD, Missouri. – Tammy Dickinson, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced today that a Lebanon, Mo., man has been sentenced for being a felon in possession of firearms following a nine-hour-long standoff with law enforcement officers while he was in the attic space of a friend’s residence. Jesse D. Ivey, 40, of Lebanon, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Beth Phillips on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, to eight years in federal prison without parole. LEBANON, Missouri- A March 15th hearing has been set in the court of Judge Larry Winfrey for Dustin R. Mask of Stoutland who is accused of assaulting a Lebanon Police officer in the parking on January 25th. $20K worth of drugs found along with weapons, man with ties to Lebanon still sought

PULASKI COUNTY, Missouri- The Waynesville Daily Guide reports $20,000 worth of drugs, their street value, as well as a stolen gun, were seized in a drug bust Saturday in the 20000 Block of Buffer Rd, near Waynesville. The bust netted three arrests and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department  is seeking a fourth individual for questioning and on two felony warrants from Laclede County. Clifton Deleno Cunningham, 56, is wanted for questioning in the case, as well as for felony warrants in Laclede County.
