Police K9 shot dead after being mistaken for coyote

  PARKLAND, Florida – WSVN  is reporting a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy’s police dog was fatally shot after his neighbor mistook him for a coyote. BSO Sgt. Ian Sklar and his K9, Pedro, lived in the Parkland neighborhood. Pedro was just 4 years old when, officials said, he was shot and killed on May 14. Two police officers shot in Georgia restaurant, suspect sought

AJC reports two College Park police officers were shot Saturday in a restaurant on Old National Highway, according to multiple sources. Authorities are seeking Kendarrious Chester in connection with the incident, Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill said. Chester is considered armed and dangerous, according to Hill. 8 dead in Mississippi including Lincoln County deputy

BOGUE CHITTO, Mississippi. — Eight people are dead including a Lincoln County deputy after a shooting overnight. The Clarion-Ledger reports authorities from multiple agencies took Cory Godbolt into custody on East Lincoln Road Sunday morning after they say he killed eight people, including a Lincoln County deputy.
