LACLEDE COUNTY, Missouri- A Monday evening crash on Hwy 5 north of Lebanon resulted in four patients transported to area hospitals according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Allen Randall, 31, from St. Louis suffered moderate injuries, he was a passenger in a Chevy 3500 pickup.

Troy Stewart, 39, from Lebanon suffered serious injuries. He was the driver of the pickup.

Both were taken to Lake Regional Hospital.

Abbie Davis, 33, from Lebanon suffered serious injuries. She was an occupant in a Pontiac Grand Prix

Valerie Shrout, 30, from Falcon suffered serious injuries. She was the driver.

They were taken to Cox South in Springfield. Neither were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.

Troopers say the crash occurred as the southbound truck failed to yield for the northbound Shrout car. The car spun around and ended up facing the opposite direction.  The truck left the roadway. The two vehicles were totaled and towed.

The State Highway Patrol responded at 6:00 p.m. Troopers Ice and Riggs were on-scene.
