WAYNESVILLE, Missouri- Sheriff Ron Long says the second individual who escaped from the Pulaski County Jail early Sunday morning was just apprehended by officers from the Oklahoma State Highway Patrol and the Atoka, Oklahoma Police Department. Marlee Davy, who was an accomplice after the jail-break, was also taken into custody.

“This afternoon the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol were able to develop information revealing that escapee Dustin Richardson was in Atoka, OK, and driving a vehicle that was stolen out of Dallas County yesterday,” the sheriff said. 

Richardson and Davy were at a McDonald’s restaurant at the time of their apprehension, and surrendered peacefully according to the agency.
