The boat – 2004 40 Skater SS. Everything gutted to the bare hull, sanded and painted at Performance Boat Center
The engines – 2 newly rebuilt by Sterling (one spare that still needs rebuilt)
The rigging – all new. Rebuilt drives, changes to CG, all new wires and cables, new custom dash with same Garmin and camera as PBC, new oxygen, new communications, new seats…..I would bet less than 10% of old parts reused…..this is now a “new” boat.
The hauler – 2007 Sportchasis with garage
The team – Tyler – throttles, Brett – driver, Tyson – crew chief and instructor, our 3 wives – crew….that’s it. We have Performance and the WHM teams who have graciously offered to help in any way they can.

Bullfighting is a physical contest that generally involves humans attempting to publicly subdue, immobilise, or kill a bull, usually according to a set of rules, guidelines, or cultural expectations. Although people commonly think of Spanish-style bullfighting as representative of bullfighting, there are many different forms and varieties in various locations around the world. Some forms involve dancing around or over a cow or bull, or attempting to grasp an object from the animal.
Freestyle bullfighting is a style of bullfighting developed in American rodeo. The style was developed by the rodeo clowns who protect bull riders from being trampled or gored by an angry bull. Freestyle bullfighting is a 70-second competition in which the bullfighter (rodeo clown) avoids the bull by means of dodging, jumping and use of a barrel. Competitions are organized in the US as the “World” Bullfighting Championship (WBC) and the Dickies National Bullfighting Championship under auspices of the Professional Bull Riders.

Men’s Golf Coach Neal Stafford:
“Sam was a remarkable young man whose generosity and selflessness affected so many people. Our golf family is hurting deeply, and we will miss Sam and the joy he brought us. Our thoughts and prayers are with his parents, Tim and Mary Jane, and his sister, Mary, knowing how difficult this is for them and all of us who knew Sam.”
Director of Athletics Kyle Moats:
“On behalf of Missouri State University and the athletic department, we want to express our condolences to the Holmes family. Our golf team lost a brother, and we are heartbroken for them. Sam had a positive impact on the Bears family and touched so many lives.”
