CROCKER, Missouri- We are following reports out of Pulaski County of an apparent fatal stabbing.
Sheriff Jimmy Bench says on November 3, 2017, shortly after 9:00pm, Pulaski County deputies responded to a reported stabbing incident which had occurred at 23915 Brewer Road in Crocker, Missouri. Upon arrival at the scene the deputies found one male subject deceased from knife wounds. A second male subject who was at the scene admitted he had stabbed the man during an altercation on the front porch of the residence. This subject was taken into custody and a statement of probable case was sent to the Pulaski County Prosecutor requesting charges, the department said in a press release.
Sheriff Bench says at this time the deceased subject will not be identified because not all of his immediate family members have been notified of his death. The suspect will not be identified until charges have been filed, law enforcement said.
Witnesses to the incident left the scene prior to the arrival of the deputies and they have not yet been located and questioned so many details of the incident are unknown. The investigation of the incident continues.
