LEBANON, Missouri- Shadel’s Colonial Chapel has announced funeral arrangements for Dustin Selvy. The 34 year-old, who was popular bus monitor for the Lebanon R-3 transportation was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Monday. He was an avid motorsports fan and with a light-hearted nature, was a friend to many.
Selvy had served nine years with the school district.
“Yesterday my friend Dustin Selvy came to work after his morning route just to hang with me, Weegee and Allison. He would sit and joke and laugh and always kind. We all ate lunch together…It was always fun having him around, ” Babs Dover-Fuhrer wrote on his Facebook page.
Selvy was born March 23, 1982.
Memorial services will be held Friday, October 21, 2016, at 2:00 P.M., at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
Visitation will also be on Friday beginning at 12:00 p.m. until service time also at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel
Burial will be at Hufft Cemetery, near Eldridge, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Spina Bifida Association and donations can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel (P.O. Box 948 Lebanon, MO 65536)
