WASHINGTON, District of Columbia—Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.) says in order to hear from her constituents and answer their questions, Rep. “There are some very important issues being debated in Congress and I want to hear from as many of my constituents as possible,” Hartzler said. “The telephone town hall format allows people from all corners of our district to participate without having to drive long distances, hire a babysitter, or leave work early.
