STRAFFORD, Missouri- A Rolla man died in another multi-vehicle I-44 crash. This latest incident happened Thursday morning near the Strafford exit and has resulted in a possible charge of involuntary manslaughter.
David Lambeth, 43, was taken to Springfield Mortuary after the crash, there were no other reported deaths or injuries.
Troopers say the crash occurred in the westbound lanes as traffic was slowing, that’s when Narinder Singh, of Mansfield Texas failed to decelerate in his tractor-trailer for the stopped vehicles and swerved crashing into another vehicle. Singh began to overturn as he struck the median barrier cable and then hit another vehicle. Lambeth was then hit by Singh and the impact caused him to crash into the fifth vehicle involved in the collision.
Narinder Singh was arrested and may face charges of involuntary manslaughter in the 2nd degree.
3 vehicles were totaled in the crash.

Yesterday, six vehicles were involved in a crash at the I-44 123 mile marker.
