LACLEDE COUNTY, Missouri- Troopers say David Crothers, 42, from Lebanon is facing several charges after a Thursday evening crash.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Crothers went off the right side of Highway 32 at Normandy Drive about 8 pm while travelling westbound and struck a ditch. He suffered minor injuries and was released to the custody of the sheriff’s office.

Crothers was arrested for 1st time DWI, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, no valid driver’s license, and careless driving resulting in a crash. The subject was placed on a 24-hour hold awaiting an arrest warrant. Inmate records do not show him as jailed at this time.
