LACLEDE COUNTY, Missouri- The Missouri State Highway Patrol says they arrested Michael J. Dowden, 32, early Sunday morning.
The report says he is being held for a felony probation violation on a Laclede County warrant, possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and not wearing a seat belt.
Online court records show that Dowden had been sentenced to 10 years on drug manufacturing charges (Felony B RSMo: 195.211) in 2015, but was released from Dept. of Corrections custody in 2016 and assigned to 120 days of in-patient drug treatment which he successfully completed. He was currently under 5 years supervised probation.
Dowden is being held without bond in the Laclede County Jail.
