LEBANON, Missouri- Lebanon Police say that on Sunday July 1, 2018 an Animal Control Officer and a Lebanon Police Officer responded to a residence in the 200
Block of Beck Lane in regards to a report of deceased dogs in a cage.

Upon arrival, the responding officer says a deceased dog was found caged in a “make-shift kennel” along with multiple other dogs.

The kennel was observed to have a large amount of excrement and debris in multiple areas, the report said.

A 50-year-old Hispanic femalefrom Lebanon, Missouri was identified as the owner of the dogs. The woman was later cited for neglect of general
duties of owner for the unclean and unsanitary conditions of the kennel, the LPD aid.

The deceased dog was taken to the Lebanon City Pound for disposal.
