LEBANON, Missouri- The Salvation Army, at 435 Garfield has opened their building to the public as an Emergency Cooling Station. This location is at the intersection of Fourth & Garfield. Laclede O.E.M. R. Rowe stated that the criteria for a cooling station is when the actual temperature is 95 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Over the next 3-4 days temperatures have been predicted to be at or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit actual temperature, with heat indexes between 105-110 Fahrenheit.
