LEBANON, Missouri- A Lebanon Missouri High School teacher has been cleared int two independent investigations after four students complained that the instructor had made suggestive comments and had touched them. The teacher has been on paid administrative leave since the complaint came about last Friday.

“After vigorously investigating the allegations and speaking with several students within the school, the Lebanon Police Department has concluded that no charges will be pursued on this teacher. Should further developments arise, the investigation will be re-opened and further investigated,” says a news release from the police department. “The Lebanon Police department will not be open to further questions regarding the details of this investigation as we feel it could potentially jeopardize future investigations into this matter should they arise,” the Lebanon Police Department statement read.

The teacher will return to the classroom on Wednesday.
