LEBANON, Missouri- Lebanon police report a 53 year-old Lebanon woman was pronounced deceased  around noon Wednesday after attempts were made to revive her.

The responding officers says he was called to  601 North Monroe where a found a Home Health Caregiver administering CPR to the unresponsive victim who was on the bedroom floor. The officers could not find signs of life in the victim, they said. They said the fire department arrived and were also unsuccessful in attempts using a portable defibrillator. “EMS arrived on scene and the paramedics pronounced the patient deceased shortly after their arrival.” police said. The coroner’s assistant determined that the patient’s death was due to natural causes and that no foul play was involved.

The woman was taken to Shadel’s Colonial Funeral Chapel.
