LACLEDE COUNTY, Missouri- Three people were injured, including a child and an infant in a Sunday morning crash on Hwy 64 near the Bennett Spring State Park.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 28 year-old driver Savannah Luttrell was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries. She was not wearing a seatbelt according to troopers.
Infant Addlynn G Fish from Camdenton suffered minor injuries and was taken to Springfield as well as 9 year-old Trysta Luttrell. Both were fastened in the vehicle before the wreck.
The crash occurred when the westbound vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and the driver overcorrected. The Ford Tarus then overturned ejecting the driver and an occupant.
Trooper Sloan responded to the scene at 10:30 a.m. and was assisted in the investigation by Troopers Conway, Southwood and the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office.
