RICHLAND, Missouri-  The Mid-County Fire Protection District / MCFPD says they are  pleased to announce the hiring of Rob Odenwald as the Fire District’s new training officer. Mr. Odenwald is retiring as Deputy Chief of the Fenton MO Fire Department at the end of 2017 and will assume his duties at MCFPD the first of 2018. Mr. Odenwald has over 30 years fire service experience and has extensive education in fire service training, ISO requirements, fire suppression, EMS, scene safety and fire rescue operations. 


“Training is a crucial aspect of fire district operations and we know Mr. Odenwald will do a great job providing the paid staff and volunteers, quality, needed training, ”  the agency said in a press release.

Mr. Odenwald replaces the Fire District’s previous Training Officer who left the Fire District for employment with another fire department.”
