“The presence of an ounce of methamphetamine, and information developed in the investigation.”

LACLEDE COUNTY, Missouri- The Missouri Highway Patrol, Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group and Team 9 of the Missouri Highway Patrol and the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 16000 block of Dunklin Road on June 19, 2018. Officers seized approximately an ounce of crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Arrested at the scene were Patrick B. Bauer, 54, and Michelle Milazzo, 51, both of Lebanon. “The presence of an ounce of methamphetamine, and information developed in the investigation, indicates Bauer and Milazzo were disturbing methamphetamine from the location,” Laclede County Sheriff David Millsap said.

On June 20, 2018 the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Area Narcotics and Team 9 of the Missouri Highway Patrol and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office recovered at least four stolen weapons from a home in rural Pulaski County. The weapons had been taken in two Laclede County burglaries. The stolen guns are connected to the arrest of William Ray Elms, 50, of Lebanon who was arrested by the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office on June 12, 2018. The Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Elms’ residence on June 13 and recovered several guns and stolen property. Laclede County investigators developed information this week that Elms’ had arranged for stolen guns to be moved, to the home of a relative in Pulaski County. “A total of eight guns were recovered by investigators in Pulaski County and we are working to match them with burglaries that have occurred in Laclede County,” said Millsap.
