Oak Ridge Intermediate (ORI) students gathered for a PBS (Positive, Behavior, and Support) assembly on March 24. During the assembly, selected students from the K-Kids program presented CADV (Citizens Against Domestic Violence) representative, Jackie Schulte, with a check for $152.00. The Kiwanis Club of Camdenton sponsors the K-Kids. In February, club members sold and delivered Valentine’s Day candy grams such as suckers, candy hearts, or chocolate candy bars, all with a valentine message attached, to ORI classmates. Money raised from this service project was then presented to the organization of their choice.
