UPDATE: The Lemon sisters from Eldridge, reported missing on Sunday, have been located in Laclede County, Sheriff Millsap said Wednesday. 

LEBANON, Missouri- The Laclede County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two runaway children from the Eldridge, MO., area. Fourteen-year-old Lacey Lemons and her eleven-year-old sister Stacey Lemons left their home sometime last night. They were reported missing to the Sheriff’s Office around 1:00 p.m. today from their home in the 36000 block of Nathan Drive. Lacey is 5-4, and 114 pounds with long brown hair, Stacey is 4-6, and 75 pounds with brown waist length hair. The Sheriff’s Office has no clothing description.

The girls have been in contact with a relative and told them that they were in a safe place. The sisters were upset about a family member moving out of the home. No foul play is suspected. The girls maybe with a friend or family member. The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who knows the whereabouts of the girls to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 417-532-2311.
