HAZELGREEN, Missouri- The Missouri State Highway Patrol says an unknown vehicle ran Jeff Kinsley, 48, of Lebanon off of I-44 Tuesday evening. Kinsley then overcorrected while travelling in the westbound lanes and went off the left side of the roadway. He struck a guardrail coming to a rest. The incident happened at Mile Marker 143 near the Hazelgreen Fishing Access.
Kinsley was taken to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon by Pulaski County ambulance for treatment of minor injuries.
There was extensive damage to the 2005 Pontiac G6 and it was towed from the scene.
