* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE…Portions of southeast Kansas. Portions of central,
southwest, and west central Missouri.
* WHEN…Until Midnight CST tonight.
* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, are
already slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
