Osage Beach, MO – An investigation led to Officers from Mid-MO Drug Task Force and Osage Beach arresting
3 on a traffic stop and serving 2 warrants at apartments in Osage Beach, and arresting 5 more.
On 02/16/2023 an Officer observed a vehicle weave into the other lane of traffic and it had expired registration
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a 2019 Dodge SUV driven by Scott A. Davis 53 from Imperial, MO. There
were 2 other occupants in the vehicle identified as Allison R Barks 28, from Webster Groves, MO, and
Christopher L Rogers 41 from St Louis, MO.
Consent was given to search the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle, Officers located 28 capsules containing
a white powdery substance believed to have fentanyl in them. Officers also recovered a syringe, pipe, and
other drug paraphernalia that was in the vehicle.
Officers also served 2 search warrants at 1073 Redbud Rd Apt #1 & #2. In unit #2where they recovered several
pipes, hypodermic needles, and numerous baggies containing a white crystal-like substance believed to be
methamphetamine, and psilocybin mushrooms. 5 individuals were arrested as a result of the search warrants.
During the investigation, it was noted that individuals at one point went to unit #3, Officer knocked on the door
and the resident identified as Jeffery Rhea answered. He allowed officers to search the residence, and as a
result, a white crystalized substance suspected of being methamphetamine was located along with a pipe.
All 8 subjects were arrested and taken to the Camden County Jail awaiting charges.

Osage Beach Police, Mid-Mo Drug Taskforce worked with the Camden County Prosecutors Office to obtain
